Enterprise-Grade Traceability for Small-Batch Pharma — Delivered in 30 Days

Hudson Scientific, a specialty manufacturer of medical devices and pharmaceutical products in Hudson, Michigan, required a new system to print labels for their small batches of medical kits. With DSCSA enforcement, Hudson needed the system to provide full serialization using GS1 EPCIS format. We have written a case study with our friends at TrackVision AI on our solution.

IPSi partnered with TrackVision AI to deploy a cloud-based track-and-trace solution. TrackVision AI handles and stores all of Hudson Scientific’s product data, including serialization, batch tracking, and trading-partner data exchange. Hudson then uses Loftware Cloud to pull data from TrackVision AI in order to print serialized labels. We worked to connect the two software together to reduce product verification failures to zero and to significantly improve the labeling process with supply chain traceability.
