Putting the ‘Convenience’ in Convenience Chain Product Labeling Operations

Our friends at Epson have written up an awesome case study on our work with RaceTrac, the 18th largest privately held company in the U.S. It outlines the challenges faced by RaceTrac with shelf tagging, and the solution designed and developed to lower the costs of tag and labeling costs.

Using the Epson ColorWorks C6500Au, we were able to create a printing solution. Along with Loftware label software, RaceTrac can bring shelf tag and product labeling operations in-house with on-demand color label printing. The solution delivers a simple and seamless shopping experience for customers. This eliminates 50% of total shelf tag and product labeling costs and allows RaceTrac to no longer depend on third parties to print tags correctly.
