Our friends at Newcastle Systems have written up an amazing case study on our work with McCollister’s Global Services, a privately held asset-based, white glove, specialized transportation provider. It outlines the need for better warehouse labeling, productivity, and organization, and how Newcastle carts were able to help achieve these goals.
With Newcastle’s PC Series Heavy Duty Power workstation, we were able to provide McCollister with mobile computer carts to be able to directly access product information anywhere in the warehouse. It allowed for improved batch printing with a high-capacity printer at each cart, boosted productivity, and greatly improved client retention and acquisitions. Newcastle workstations have eliminated nearly all of McCollister’s labeling errors and increased employee satisfaction and retention by making their jobs easier.
